La Térmica Cultural hosts the 2nd edition of Bierzo al toqueto be held on July 25, 26 and 27. This flamenco festival proposes a journey through all the disciplines of this art declared intangible cultural heritage of humanity by UNESCO. The performances of the virtuosos of singing, guitar playing and dancing will merge with conferences, workshops and other complementary activities.
Photographic exhibition by Ana Palma
An approach to flamenco through images that show the essence of this art, an art that overflows the rational to go into the deepest of emotions. The exhibition consists of twenty-six photographs of different artists of singing, guitar playing and dancing, all in black and white, without distracting colors, - without additives or seasoning, exposing the purest side of each flamenco expression. The exhibition aims to convey the magic of that feeling, that duende, so difficult to explain, to describe and to photograph.
