Hours: Fridays from 4pm to 10pm, Saturdays from 10am to 10pm and Sundays from 10am to 4pm.
Cuerdas al viento aim to take the listener on a musical journey accompanied by the sound of the classical guitar and the flute. The repertoire of the Arietta Duo has a wide spectrum of musical styles, ranging from classical, baroque and 20th century music, to contemporary and newly created pieces including more popular pieces.
Feminism, love for the Earth and the vindication of folklore and traditional and popular music are our basic pillars. In this concert you can listen to pieces by female composers, those great forgotten ones; Latin and South American authors who had to leave their land and who always had it present; great Spanish authors who knew how to perfectly reflect the rich Spanish folklore in the stave, as well as other composers.
The performance of Duo Arietta is part of the Dinamiz-ARTj program promoted by the Institute for Just Transition (ITJ) and the City of Energy Foundation (CIUDEN) to boost cultural activity in municipalities affected by the closure of mining and thermal and nuclear power plants and boost the careers of young artists living in these territories.
