  • Supplier, customer and employee data: for the duration of the contractual relationship and thereafter for compliance with legal obligations (with the tax authorities, Social Security, etc.).
  • Data of former suppliers, customers and users of services or events: for the performance of promotional activities for a period of 5 years, provided that their deletion is not requested by the interested party and without prejudice to the conservation that is necessary for the formulation, exercise or defense of potential claims and/or provided that it is permitted or required by law.
  • If resumes are received (even if it is not the purpose of the Foundation's website): they will be kept for a maximum of 2 years or during the specific selection process that is being carried out.

  • Express consent: art.6.1.a) RGPD (Users of services and events organized by La Fábrica de Luz. Energy Museum).
  • Execution of contract: art.6.1.b) RGPD (All types of contractual relations with the Foundation).
  • Legitimate interest: art.6.1.f) RGPD (Tenders, preliminary market consultations,...under the terms provided in the Public Sector Contracts Act).

Obligation or not to provide data and consequences of not providing data

  • For employees of the Foundation, customers, suppliers, bidders and preliminary market inquiries: The provision of data is mandatory, to ensure the proper performance of contracts or the legitimate interest of the Foundation. Failure to provide the data will prevent the contractual relationship with the Foundation.
  • For services or events of La Fábrica de Luz. Museo de la Energía, the consent is voluntary, so the refusal to the treatment will mean its immediate destruction, once the event organized by La Fábrica de Luz has taken place.
