El retablo de la Ventana | El sastrecillo valiente (The Valiant Little Tailor)

This classic tale by the Brothers Grimm is about appearances. One day, by chance, the tailor kills seven flies at once. So happy is he with his feat and tired of working without being recognized, that he sets out to be the most important person in the kingdom. He leaves his home in search of adventure with this white lie or half-truth. Two giants, a unicorn and a stubborn king will not prevent him from making the princess fall in love and finally conquer the kingdom.

The performance of El Retablo de la Ventana is part of the Dinamiz-ARTj program promoted by the Institute for Just Transition (ITJ) and the City of Energy Foundation (CIUDEN) to boost cultural activity in municipalities affected by the closure of mining and thermal and nuclear power plants and to promote the careers of artists living in these territories.
