The footprints of Altamira. Educate is conceived as a didactic extension of The footprints of Altamirawhich aims to generate educational experiences around the artistic, historical and cultural heritage. The public will interact with the elements of the exhibition, solve problems and will be provided with tools so that they can apply what they have learned in real contexts. This exhibition is also accompanied by a program of educational workshops.
Prehistoric footprints
- Date: March 9 at 11:00 a.m.
- Theoretical description: brief introduction on the prehistoric period. Emphasis on cave paintings.
- Activity: painting with pigments such as iron oxide and hematite using hands and other techniques used in ancient times.
- Price: 4€.
- Audience: families. Children under 6 years old must be accompanied by an adult. For each child there must be only one accompanying adult who must purchase a ticket.
